Order Processing and Production
At New World ideas, we utilize a print-on-demand model for select apparel and merchandise to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. This means some items are custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the production and processing of print-on-demand items before they are shipped. Non-custom items (such as our engraved rocks) typically process within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Once your items have been produced and processed, they will be shipped via our standard carriers. Transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
